- In a small bowl, combine 1 packet of active dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and ¾ cup of warm water. Mix gently and let sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 cups of flour, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the yeast mixture, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
