  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour Gluten-free flour can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with cooking spray or parchment paper.
  2. Steam 2-3 cups of broccoli florets for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp, then chop finely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli with breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, and flour. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden-brown. Optionally, broil for an extra 1-2 minutes for more crunch.
  6. Cool slightly on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before serving with your favorite dip.
