Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes. Rinse under cold water, fluff with a fork, and keep warm.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Combine well to ensure the turkey is evenly coated.
  5. Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce. Mix well to coat all ingredients.
  7. Assemble bowls with jasmine rice topped with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle remaining sauce over the bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
