Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated onion, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon pickle relish, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Brown the Beef
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 pound of lean ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Season the Beef
- Return the cooked beef to the stove and sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir well to coat all the beef evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out 4 large flour tortillas and layer each with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, slices of onion, pickles, diced tomatoes, and the seasoned beef mix. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
Wrap and Serve
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top. Serve immediately while warm.
