Ingredients
  

Beef Filling
  • 1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey for a lighter option
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper preferably freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas or low-carb tortillas for a healthier choice
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce or any leafy greens of choice
Big Mac Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion or onion powder as a substitute
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup barbecue sauce can replace it
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish or finely chopped pickles
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard or Dijon mustard for a classy upgrade
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika adds depth
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack or mozzarella
  • 1 cup sliced onions or green onions for a milder option
  • 1 cup chopped pickles both sweet and dill are great
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes can omit if preferred

Method
 

Prepare the Big Mac Sauce
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons grated onion, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon pickle relish, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Brown the Beef
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 pound of lean ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Season the Beef
  1. Return the cooked beef to the stove and sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Stir well to coat all the beef evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay out 4 large flour tortillas and layer each with shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, slices of onion, pickles, diced tomatoes, and the seasoned beef mix. Drizzle with Big Mac sauce.
Wrap and Serve
  1. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from bottom to top. Serve immediately while warm.
