Preparation
- In a large, chilled mixing bowl, pour 2 cups of cold heavy cream. Whip until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- Fold in one can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon of raspberry extract, and ½ teaspoon of lemon extract.
- Incorporate 1-2 drops of blue gel food coloring into the mixture and fold until the desired shade is achieved.
- Transfer the mixture into a lidded container, smooth the top, and cover tightly. Freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
- Before serving, let the container sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften.
