- Press the dough evenly into a prepared 9x12-inch baking sheet, ensuring it's about 1/4-inch thick.
- Mix cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this filling evenly down the center of the pressed dough.
- Sprinkle frozen blueberries over the cream cheese filling evenly.
