- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll the thawed puff pastry thinner on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
- Place each pastry square on the baking sheet and add a teaspoon of your chosen jam in the center.
- Add a piece of brie on top of the jam in each pastry square.
- Fold the edges of each pastry square up and over the filling, pinching corners to seal tightly.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them!
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
