  • 1 sheet Cooking Spray/Parchment Paper to prevent sticking

  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Jam various types like fig, bourbon cherry, or strawberry

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll the thawed puff pastry thinner on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares.
  3. Place each pastry square on the baking sheet and add a teaspoon of your chosen jam in the center.
  4. Add a piece of brie on top of the jam in each pastry square.
  5. Fold the edges of each pastry square up and over the filling, pinching corners to seal tightly.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye on them!
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
