Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash the English cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin, 1/8-inch rounds.
  2. Sprinkle salt over cucumber slices and let them drain in a colander for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Combine drained cucumber slices, diced crab, avocado, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  4. Cover and mix vigorously until all ingredients are well coated and glossy.
  5. Serve in a bowl and garnish with additional sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
