  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with fresh spinach, shredded white cheddar, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a sprinkle of salt and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties, roughly ½ inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for 1-2 minutes until shimmering.
