  • 1 cup Sausage or vegetarian sausage

  • 1 cup Bell Pepper any color or jalapeños
  • 1 medium Onion red or green onions
  • 1/2 cup Olives or artichoke hearts
For the Finish
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning or mix of oregano and basil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Spread a generous layer of marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Add layers of mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives on top of the sauce.
  5. Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seam and ends together.
  6. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top with olive oil.
  7. Slide your baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove the Cheesy Garbage Bread from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
