  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme can substitute with mixed herbs

  • to taste Black Pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for greasing

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, chicken broth, and milk. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the filling mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter over the filling, covering most of the surface.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping turns golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
