  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Carefully add the patties in a single layer.
  4. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on one side until golden-brown. Flip and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve them hot.
