  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese with eggs and preferred seasonings. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Preheat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat. Grease lightly, then pour 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and spread it thin.
  3. Cook until edges set and surface is firm, about 3–5 minutes. Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  4. For the oven, preheat it to 350°F (175°C). Pour batter into circles on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes.
  5. Let wraps cool for 2–3 minutes before serving for easier handling.
