Step-by-Step Instructions for Cottage Cheese Wraps
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese with eggs and preferred seasonings. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over low to medium-low heat. Grease lightly, then pour 1/3 cup of batter into the pan and spread it thin.
- Cook until edges set and surface is firm, about 3–5 minutes. Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- For the oven, preheat it to 350°F (175°C). Pour batter into circles on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Let wraps cool for 2–3 minutes before serving for easier handling.
