  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
For the Cream Cheese Base
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese at room temperature
For Serving
  • 1 box Crackers for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine finely chopped fresh cranberries, green onions, cilantro, jalapeño, sugar, ground cumin, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Mix well and ensure even distribution.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to chill.
  3. Take your room temperature cream cheese and spread it evenly onto a serving plate.
  4. Retrieve your chilled cranberry mixture from the fridge and spoon it over the cream cheese base, spreading gently to cover.
  5. Let the assembled dip sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
