- Pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Lay Swiss cheese and cooked ham on each chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Coat chicken rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken rolls for about 5 minutes on each side.
