Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay Swiss cheese and cooked ham on each chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Coat chicken rolls in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken rolls for about 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Transfer rolls to a baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk. Mix in Parmesan and Dijon mustard, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Drizzle the creamy sauce on top of the baked chicken rolls and serve.
