  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract use pure vanilla for best results

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Panna Cotta
  1. Sprinkle the powdered gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water in a small bowl, letting it sit for about 3 minutes until soft and spongy.
  2. Place the bowl over low-medium heat without boiling, stirring gently until completely dissolved, around 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Mix in 1 cup of mango purée, 1 cup of thickened cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the mango mixture into prepared ramekins, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Cover the ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
  7. Gently run a knife around the edges to loosen, then invert onto a plate. Serve garnished with fresh mango slices or mint leaves.
