- Boil salted water and cook the large pasta shells for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water.
- Combine cooked seafood, cream cheese, and seasonings in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
- Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the filled shells and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan). Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes.
