  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened.
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 cups Milk Plant-based milk is an alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Seasonings (Garlic, Herbs, Salt, Pepper) Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil salted water and cook the large pasta shells for 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. Combine cooked seafood, cream cheese, and seasonings in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the creamy sauce over the filled shells and sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C Fan). Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes.
