Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

  4. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
  5. Pour white wine into the skillet, scrape up browned bits, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
  7. Fold the pasta into the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish, top with shrimp, and sprinkle with cheeses.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
