Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients: pizza dough, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and marinara sauce for dipping.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Slice into 3x3 inch squares.
  4. Fill each square with shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt.
  5. Fold each square over to form a triangle and pinch the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the prepared pizza rolls in a single layer.
  7. Cook the pizza rolls at 375°F (190°C) for about 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
