  • 1 count Avocado Can swap for Greek yogurt if desired.
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream Coconut yogurt is a dairy-free alternative.
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Lemon juice can be used in a pinch.
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro Optional; leave out if preferred.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Make the Creamy Avocado Sauce by blending avocado, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and water until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. Cook the Turkey by heating oil in a skillet, adding ground turkey, taco seasoning, and onions. Sauté until cooked through.
  3. Prepare Taco Filling by mixing in black beans and green chiles, simmer for 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  4. Build the Tacos by arranging tortillas on a baking sheet, adding cheese, then filling with turkey mixture.
