For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with plant-based mayo for vegan
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional, use agave syrup for vegan
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Trim the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces and lay them out on a cutting board.
  2. Combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Set up a breading station and coat each chicken piece in flour, egg, and then panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet to 350°F and fry the chicken bites for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce, then toss chicken in it or drizzle over.
