Step-by-Step Instructions for Voodoo Egg Rolls
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes until no pink remains. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Stir in Cajun seasoning and garlic powder into the browned beef and let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled beef with cheddar cheese, green onions, and shredded carrots. Mix well.
  4. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and spoon the filling. Fold and roll it securely, sealing the edge with water.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F. Use a thermometer for accuracy.
  6. Place the egg rolls in batches in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
