Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes.
  2. Grate the Russet potatoes and mix with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the potato mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Spray the preheated waffle maker plates with cooking spray.
  5. Spread half of the potato mixture over one half of the waffle maker.
  6. Cook the hash browns for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Carefully remove the hash browns and repeat with the remaining mixture.
  8. Serve immediately with your choice of toppings like sour cream or chives.
