  • 8 ounces Velveeta Cheese cubed, or cream cheese for a different texture
  • ½ cup Dill Pickles diced, or use relish if preferred
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt as a lighter substitute
  • ¼ cup Ketchup or BBQ sauce for a smoky twist
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard or Dijon mustard for a sharper taste
  • 2 tablespoons Pickle Juice or additional vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • to taste Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 7–10 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In your slow cooker, combine the cooked ground beef with the shredded cheddar cheese, cubed Velveeta cheese, diced dill pickles, mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and pickle juice.
  3. Set your crockpot to LOW and cover, cooking for 2–3 hours while stirring occasionally until melted and creamy.
  4. Serve warm directly from the crockpot with tortilla chips or slider buns, garnishing with sesame seeds, shredded lettuce, or extra diced pickles.
