Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook and shred the chicken, ensuring it’s finely broken down.
  3. Lightly steam or blanch the green beans for about 3-5 minutes, then chop them.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped green beans, oat flour, eggs, chicken broth, and melted coconut oil.
  5. Roll the dough out to about ¼ inch thick and cut into fun shapes.
  6. Place the cut shapes onto the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the treats cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
