Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt ½ cup of butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the melted butter, stirring until well blended.
  2. Add 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup of dried coconut, and 1 cup of chocolate chips to the mixture. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients until fully incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. This will allow the mixture to firm up.
  4. Take portions of about 1.25 inches and roll them into smooth balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Pour ½ cup of additional graham cracker crumbs onto a plate and roll each ball in the crumbs until fully coated.
  6. Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to an hour to ensure they are set.
  7. Transfer the treats to an airtight container, layered with wax paper to prevent sticking, and store in the fridge for up to a week.
