Step-by-Step Instructions
- Melt ½ cup of butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Add 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the melted butter, stirring until well blended.
- Add 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup of dried coconut, and 1 cup of chocolate chips to the mixture. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. This will allow the mixture to firm up.
- Take portions of about 1.25 inches and roll them into smooth balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Pour ½ cup of additional graham cracker crumbs onto a plate and roll each ball in the crumbs until fully coated.
- Return the coated balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to an hour to ensure they are set.
- Transfer the treats to an airtight container, layered with wax paper to prevent sticking, and store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes
Chill your hands under cold water to prevent the chocolate from melting during shaping.
