  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella or Italian Blend Cheese Cheddar or provolone can be great alternatives.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano is an excellent substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Herbs Optional; use basil, oregano, or parsley.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In the baking dish, combine uncooked rotini pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, turkey, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, and cooked bacon.
  3. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. After 35 minutes, remove the foil and check the pasta for doneness. Stir and bake an additional 5-10 minutes if needed.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top and return to the oven uncovered for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
