  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Quality extract recommended

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9x5 loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, eggs, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix in almond flour until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. The top should be golden-brown.
  5. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Slice and serve, or store leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer.
