Method
 

Baking Process

  2. Halve and core the pears, placing them cut-side up in a baking dish.

  5. While pears are roasting, combine fresh cranberries and honey in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until cranberries burst, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Fill each pear cavity with goat cheese after they finish roasting.
  7. Top the goat cheese with the cranberry compote.
  8. Drizzle honey over the filled pears and garnish with cinnamon and mint leaves before serving.
