  • 1 cup Carrots Chopped
  • 1 cup Green Onions Chopped
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients. Chop bell peppers, carrots, and green onions into bite-sized pieces. Cook lo mein noodles until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add diced boneless chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink.
Stir-Frying Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Return cooked chicken to the skillet, add lo mein noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. Toss together for 2-3 minutes.
Serving
