Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prep the Fruit: Wash, peel, and chop the fruit. Blend until smooth.
  2. Combine Sweeteners: Mix in honey and lemon juice into the purée and blend again.
  3. Cook the Purée: Simmer the mixture in a saucepan over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Spread and Bake: Preheat oven to 170°F, pour mixture onto lined baking sheets, and spread evenly.
  5. Dry Out: Place sheets in the oven and dry for 4-6 hours until edges lift easily.
  6. Cool and Roll: Allow to cool, cut into strips, and roll with parchment for storage.
