Step-by-Step Instructions for Pepperoni Pizza Roll Ups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay your low-carb tortillas flat and spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly across each tortilla, leaving a half-inch border.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of freshly shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce on each tortilla and layer with pepperoni slices.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other to contain the filling.
