Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of filtered water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Once dissolved, remove from heat and add 1 lemon's juice and 1 scoop of electrolyte powder. Whisk until combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture carefully into silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly. Allow to settle.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm but slightly springy.
  5. Once set, gently pull the gummies from the mold and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
