- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a blender, combine eggs, ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth for about 30 seconds.
- Place silicone molds inside a baking pan. Pour the mixture into each mold, filling them 3/4 full.
- Create a water bath by pouring hot water into the baking pan until it reaches halfway up the molds.
- Bake on the bottom rack for 25-35 minutes, until set and firm with no jiggling.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from molds. Use a spatula if needed.
