  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until just al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce evenly on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, spread 2-3 tablespoons of the seafood mixture on top, and roll it up tightly.
