- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and large egg. Blend until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop the dough and roll into balls. Coat each ball in sanding sugar and place them on the baking sheet, spaced about 1½ inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until the edges are set but the centers remain soft. Watch closely to avoid overbaking.
- Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes, then gently press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
