Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking chicken into small pieces as it cooks.
  3. In a separate non-stick skillet, sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese over medium-low heat. Allow it to melt and turn crispy.
  4. Warm your small tortillas in another pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
