Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the uncooked white rice evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the rice, ensuring it is completely submerged.
  5. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the rice layer.
  6. Scatter the diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, halved grape tomatoes, and sliced Kalamata olives atop the chicken.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix the tzatziki sauce, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  8. Evenly spread the tzatziki mixture over the layered ingredients in the dish.
  9. Generously sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the casserole.
