  • ½ cup heavy cream split between sauce and broth
For the Noodles & Toppings
  • 2 packs ramen noodles fresh or dried
  • 1 piece green onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil optional

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade. Coat the chicken generously with the spice mix and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté remaining garlic. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, add heavy cream and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. To serve, divide noodles among bowls, pour hot broth over, top with sliced chicken, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with green onions and chili oil.
