- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your muffin pan with coconut oil or non-stick spray.
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, large eggs, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Pour the muffin batter into the greased muffin pan, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
