Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds; add maple syrup and molasses, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture, tossing until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Allow the granola to cool completely in the pan before breaking it into clusters.
  7. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
