- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 3-5 minutes until cheeses melt and blend into a creamy mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place hamburger buns on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove toasted buns and spoon portions of the Chicken Alfredo filling onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with the other half of the bun and optionally garnish with fresh herbs. Serve warm with fries or salad.
