Directions
  1. Begin by cooking the rice or quinoa according to package instructions, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside once ready.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, break it apart, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Add broccoli florets to the skillet, sauté for 3-4 minutes until they soften slightly but remain crisp.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and sriracha until well combined.
  6. Pour the sauce over the turkey and broccoli, stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes to thicken.
  7. Allow the mixture to simmer on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  8. Serve the turkey and broccoli mix over the prepared rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions.
