- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt and gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Scoop dough, flatten it, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on baking sheet.
- If desired, add extra chocolate chips on top while warm.
