Step-by-Step Instructions for Easy One-Pan Pasta Bolognese
  1. In a large, preheated deep skillet over medium-high heat, add lean ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula, browning it for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
  2. Add the chopped medium onion, shredded carrot, and diced celery to the skillet with the browned beef. Cook these vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and the onion turns translucent.
  3. Once the vegetables are tender, stir in the marinara sauce and freshly pressed garlic cloves. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  4. Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the sauce simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated. Serve your finished Pasta Bolognese over your choice of pasta.
