Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, egg, and a pinch of salt until fully blended.
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Lightly flour a clean surface, then roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thickness using a rolling pin.
  4. Using a pizza cutter, slice the rolled-out dough into small rectangles or shapes of your choice.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 5 minutes, and grease the basket lightly.
  6. Carefully place the cut rectangles in the greased air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  7. Air fry the treats for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  8. Remove from the basket and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
