Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Electrolyte Gummies
  1. In a medium cooking pot, pour in your choice of fruit juice and add an equal amount of water or coconut water. Turn the heat to low and let the mixture warm gently, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until you see steam rising, but not boiling.
  2. Once your mixture is warm, stir in raw honey and a pinch of sea salt. Continue to stir for 1-2 minutes, ensuring the honey is completely dissolved.
  3. While constantly stirring, gradually sprinkle the gelatin into the pot over the warm mixture. This process should take about 60-90 seconds without letting clumps form.
  4. After ensuring the gelatin is fully incorporated, let it rest for 30 seconds. Then, carefully remove the pot from the heat.
  5. Using a dropper, quickly fill your gummy molds with the warm mixture, being mindful to minimize air bubbles.
  6. Transfer the filled gummy molds to the freezer for 10 minutes, then move them to the fridge for another 10 minutes.
  7. Once set, gently pop the gummies out of the molds and store them in an airtight container.
