- In a medium-sized pot set over medium heat, pour in the Cheerios and drizzle them with honey. Stir gently for about 2–3 minutes until the honey has melted and thoroughly coats each Cheerio.
- Once the Cheerios are evenly coated with honey, remove the pot from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
- Leave the Cheerios on the baking sheet to cool completely at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
- Once your homemade Honey Nut Cheerios have cooled and set, they are ready to be enjoyed!
