- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they're coated with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Rinse jasmine rice under cold water. In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil, stir in rice, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
