  • 2 slices Thick, Good Quality White Bread Like crusty French loaf or sourdough.
  • 2 oz Goat Cheese Crumbled.
  • 2 oz White Cheddar Shredded.
  • 2 tablespoons Liquid Honey Divided.
  • 3 tablespoons Butter Melted.
  • teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Or to taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and infuse with the red pepper flakes over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the infused butter into a bowl and butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Toast one slice of bread, buttered-side down, and layer with goat cheese, white cheddar, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
  4. Top with another slice of buttered bread, cover, and lower heat to toast until crispy.
  5. Flip the sandwich after 5-7 minutes, cooking until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle the remaining honey over the sandwich, sprinkle additional red pepper flakes if desired, then slice and serve.
